Getting Back to Movement
You’re on your way with healing pain, but how will you get back to movement? Returning to movement can often feel scary and bring uncertainty to your path. In this movement intensive, join Michelle Grim in learning about barriers to returning to movement and how to overcome those barriers so you can add movement to your healing strategies and get back to the activities you love.
This workshop is provided over two sessions. The first, a 2-hour session, will focus on barriers to and strategies for returning to movement. The second, a 1-hour session, will offer an opportunity to process how you were able to implement those strategies during the intervening week and to answer questions about how to continue moving forward with activities.
