Our practitioners will sometimes recommend supplements for you. Here are links to two resources for supplements that we trust: Thorne and Fullscripts. Thorne is a supplement company, while Fullscripts is a distribution center for several supplement brands.
Thorne Supplements
If Dr. Stracks recommends supplements from Thorne, follow these instructions to set up an account. Dr. Stracks’s practitioner code for Thorne Supplements is HCP1028443.
Directions
1. Go to www.thorne.com
2. Click on “Sign In” at the top of the page
3. At the login page, click New User Account.
4. Fill in the fields.
5. Answer Yes to the prompt: “Were you referred by a Health Care Professional?”
6. This will bring up a box asking for the name or HCP code of the health care professional. Enter practitioner code HCP1028443 in the box.
7. Click on “I’m not a robot.”
8. Click “Create Account.”
9. You will be prompted to create a user name and password.
Fullscripts
If one of our practitioners has recommended a supplement by another brand, we recommend using Fullscripts to find what you need. This link will take you to the website. Follow the prompts to set up your account.
