Michelle has her own personal experience with pain, and that has been the fuel for her focused career on educating about pain neuroscience and leading patients in practices to increase their own capacity to heal pain. She has special interest in working with nervous system patterns in the body as a way to increase awareness and resiliency. At the heart of her work is the idea that creating a relationship with the body and using it as a resource can have a profound effect on mental, emotional, and physical health..
Outside of her clinical pursuits, Michelle is an outdoor adventure enthusiast. She loves road biking, hiking and backpacking, skiing, and general forest bathing.
