Strong Back, Soft Heart: Cultivating Self-Compassion - Class 3

Amidst the demands and stresses of daily life, the adage, “Be kind!” might seem weak. However, research continues to prove the strength of self-compassion from increased motivation to work toward goals to improved social connections and greater resilience and well-being. So what exactly is self-compassion and how do we cultivate it? Over the course of five weeks, we will dive into the what and why of self-compassion, explore the latest scientific research, and explore multiple practices to nurture self-compassion. This class is taught by the lovely Leah Samaha. Learn more about her here.
